In Conversation with Mr. Rishiraj Singh IPS

Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming RISHI RAJ SINGH IPS, former Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services, Kerala, to the Mindz headquarters, not for a formal talk, but for something far more meaningful: an honest exchange of experiences, lessons, and perspective.

He spoke about the idea of a “karmayogi” as someone deeply committed to their duty, not for recognition, but for impact, where leadership is grounded in service, not status.
