It’s been a powerful reminder that leadership is not confined to titles or positions.

Teachers, administrators, IT teams and support staff have moved quickly and collaboratively to make sure families feel reassured and students remain connected to their education.

The calm coordination and sense of shared responsibility across teams. This is leadership at every level of the community.

It also reflects the broader leadership culture of the UAE, where clarity, stability and collective effort set the tone. When that example is set at the top, it empowers people across organisations to step up, support one another and keep moving forward.
