At Mindz: Rishiraj Singh IPS

Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming RISHI RAJ SINGH IPS, former Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services, Kerala, to the Mindz headquarters, not for a formal talk, but for something far more meaningful: an honest exchange of experiences, lessons, and perspective.

Drawing from his book, Karmayogi: A Journey Towards Excellence, Rishiraj shared stories that went beyond leadership theory, moments of challenge, discipline, and decision-making where values are truly tested.

He spoke about the idea of a “karmayogi” as someone deeply committed to their duty, not for recognition, but for impact, where leadership is grounded in service, not status.
